Progress

In update to my initial entry of weight loss, I figured that I would show the small amount of progress I have accomplished. I initially tried to go balls-out cardio-- running, cycling, etc. However, I have since experienced much more success with simply keeping a better diet and maintaining a solid routine of mild muscle building-- under 2000 calories a day, sit ups, and some dumbbell reps. Anyways, not exactly a finishing weight loss amount but I was proud in the difference that was already visible, so I figured I would post the old now picture and the new now picture. Keep an eye out for even more new pictures as I like how this feels.
